设置时间

当电话系统没有自动获取时间和日期时，可以使用以下的过程。在配置为自动获取时间的系统上，可以显示当前时间服务器设置。

•时间显示格式
时间显示格式（12小时制或24小时制）由电话系统控制。系统管理员可为所有电话设置12小时制或24小时制。
1.按“功能”(Features) 功能按键（如显示）。
•如要在呼叫过程中访问菜单，按 right arrow 向右箭头按键或按 key phone “电话”(PHONE) 按键，然后按“功能”(Features) 功能按键。
2.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动显示至选项“电话用户”(Phone User)。
3.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键、“确定”(OK) 按钮或 right arrow 向右箭头按键。
4.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动显示至选项“系统管理”(System Admin)。如果选项没有显示，则您的系统管理员没有将您配置为系统电话用户。
5.按“选择”(Select) 功能按键。
6.输入您的安全码（与您的登录码相同）并按“完成”(Done) 功能按键。
7.使用向上和向下箭头按键可以滚动显示至选项“时间”(Time)。
8.请按“选择”(Select) 功能键、“确定”(OK) 按钮或 right arrow 向右箭头按键。电话系统正在使用的当前时间将会显示。
9.以 24 小时时间格式输入所需的时间：
•使用 * 或 # 按键输入：分隔符。
•如要删除上一个数字或输入的字符，可以按 left arrow 向左箭头按键。
10.输入一个完整的有效时间后，显示屏将会通过显示“完成”(Done) 功能按键选项来进行确认。
11.如要将时间设置为电话系统所使用的新时间，可以按“完成”(Done) 功能按键。
