取消驻留(状态菜单)

当驻留呼叫在电话系统上驻留且可由任何其他用户取消驻留时,将会发送驻留呼叫指示至特定的分机。如果有任何针对您的电话驻留的呼叫,您可以使用“状态”(Status) 菜单查看和取消驻留这些呼叫。

1.“状态”(Status)功能按键 (如显示)。如要在呼叫过程中访问状态菜单,请按 key phone “电话”(PHONE) 按键,然后按“状态”(Status) 功能按键(如显示)。
2.如果您有任何驻留的呼叫,“驻留”(Parks) 选项将会显示。如果您没有针对您分机驻留的呼叫,该选项不会显示。
3.按下“详细信息”(Details) 功能按键。
4.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以滚动驻留的呼叫。
5.如要取消驻留特定的呼叫,可以按“呼叫代答”(CPkUp) 功能按键。
