电话设置

您可以查看大量有关电话设置和当前操作的信息。向您的系统管理员报告问题时，他们可能会要求您提供一些信息以便帮助解决问题。

1.按 key menu “菜单”(MENU) 按钮。
2.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键找到选项“网络信息”(Network Info)...。
3.按“选择”(Select) 功能按键。
4.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键可以找到您需要的电话操作方面的信息。
•音频参数
•IP 参数
安装人员或 DHCP 服务器用来配置电话的 IP 设置。
•服务质量
当前呼叫的服务质量 (QoS) 度量。
•接口
电话的以太网端口及其 PC 直通以太网端口的当前速率。
•其它
电话及其当前加载固件的详细信息。
5.按“选择”(Select) 功能按键以访问当前显示的选项。
6.使用 up arrow 向上和向下 down arrow 箭头按键以滚动可用信息的不同项目。
7.如要返回上一级菜单，可以按“返回”(Back) 功能按键。
