새 연락처 추가

전화 시스템 용량이 남아 있는 한, 최대 100개의 개인 디렉토리 항목을 추가할 수 있습니다.

1.	개인 디렉토리 연락처에 액세스하려면

a.	연락처 키를 누릅니다. 디렉토리 메뉴가 표시됩니다.

b.	왼쪽 및 오른쪽 화살표 키를 사용하여 개인 디렉토리를 선택합니다.

2.	신규 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	이 메뉴에서 이제 이름 및 번호를 편집할 수 있습니다. 문자 입력을 참조하십시오. 위로 및 아래로 화살표 키를 사용하여 번호와 이름 항목 간에 전환합니다.

•	필요에 따라 이름을 입력한 다음 확인 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	필요에 따라 번호를 입력한 다음 저장 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	변경하지 않고 나가려면 취소 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

참고

1.	시스템 관리자가 사용자를 시스템 전화기 사용자로 구성한 경우 사용자는 외부 디렉토리 연락처 중 일부를 추가, 편집 및 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

•	이 참고사항은 현재 로그인되어 있는 시스템 구성에 포함된 로컬에서 입력한 외부 디렉토리 연락처에만 적용됩니다.

•	시스템에 가져온 외부 디렉토리 연락처는 편집할 수 없습니다.

•	단, 로컬 항목이 가져온 항목과 동일한 이름 또는 번호를 사용하여 생성된 경우, 가져온 항목은 로컬 항목에 도움이 되도록 버려집니다.
