연결 내선 추가

다른 사용자가 전화기에 연결 내선을 설정한 경우, 상태 메뉴를 통해 설정을 지우거나 변경할 수 있습니다.

1.	상태 소프트 키가 표시되면 누릅니다. 통화 중에 상태 메뉴에 액세스하려면 전화기 키를 누른 다음 상태 소프트 키가 표시되면 누릅니다.

2.	위로 및 아래로 화살표 키를 사용하여 연결 내선 추가로 메뉴를 스크롤합니다. 각 사용자에 대한 개별 항목이 있습니다.

•	연결 내선 설정을 지우려면 지우기 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	설정 대상을 변경하려면 편집 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	이 메뉴를 사용하여 사용자를 추가하거나 제거합니다.

•	위로 및 아래로 화살표 키를 사용하여 이름 전체를 스크롤합니다.

•	사용자를 제거하려면 지우기 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	사용자를 추가하려면 추가 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	다른 사용자 번호로 전화를 겁니다. 번호가 사용자와 일치하는 경우 사용자의 이름이 표시됩니다. 또는 디렉토리 소프트 키를 사용하여 디렉토리에서 사용자를 선택합니다.

•	저장 소프트 키를 눌러 연결 내선 추가를 설정합니다.

액세스 제어

시스템 관리자는 사용자가 이 메뉴 옵션에 액세스 가능한지 여부를 구성할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 액세스 제어를 참조하십시오.
