호출 전화 걸기 |
호출 전화를 걸려면 시스템 관리자가 제공한 호출 약식 코드 또는 호출 기능 버튼에 액세스할 수 있어야 합니다.
전화 걸기 약식 코드 또는 호출 버튼이 번호와 함께 사전 구성된 경우, 해당 번호의 사용자 또는 그룹이 가능한 경우 호출됩니다.
전화 걸기 약식 코드는 다이얼할 때 호출할 사용자 또는 그룹 번호를 수락하도록 구성할 수 있습니다. 이와 유사하게 호출 버튼을 다음과 같이 누를 경우 번호 입력이 가능하도록 설정할 수 있습니다.
| 1. | 호출 버튼을 누릅니다. |
| 2. | 호출할 사용자 또는 그룹 번호를 다이얼합니다. |
| 3. | 전화 걸기가 완료되면 호출 전화가 걸립니다. |
| • | 대상이 사용자이고 이미 통화에 연결되어 있는 경우 호출할 수 없습니다. 대상이 서비스 중이 아니거나 통화 가능한 멤버가 없는 그룹인 경우 호출할 수 없습니다. |
기능 버튼
해당 자체 설정 기능을 사용하여 기능 버튼을 그룹 호출 작업을 사용하는 호출 버튼으로 할당할 수 있습니다.
