그룹 |
이 기능에 설정된 버튼은 헌트 그룹 대기열의 상태를 모니터링합니다. 이 기능은 사용 가능한 대기열이 있는 헌트 그룹에서만 지원됩니다. 사용자는 모니터링 중인 그룹의 멤버가 아니어도 됩니다.
이 버튼은 그룹 통화에 벨이 울리며(녹색 플래시) 대기열에서 대기 중인 통화가 있는 경우(빨간색 플래시)를 표시합니다. '대기열에서 대기'는 사용 가능한 그룹 멤버보다 더 많은 수의 대기 중인 통화(통화 벨울림은 제외)가 그룹에 있음을 의미합니다.
