통화 중 램프

이 유형의 버튼을 사용하여 다른 사용자의 상태를 모니터링할 수 있습니다. 버튼 램프는 사용자의 상태를 나타냅니다.

•	꺼짐 = 사용 가능 이 버튼을 누르면 사용자에게 전화를 겁니다. 사용자에게 전화 걸기 외에도 사용자 버튼을 사용하여 사용자에게 통화를 호 전환하거나 사용자와 회의를 시작할 수 있습니다.

•	느리게 깜빡임 = 벨 울림 이 버튼을 누르면 통화를 픽업하기 위한 옵션이 표시됩니다.

•	빠르게 깜빡임 = 통화 중 이 버튼을 누르면 여러 옵션이 표시됩니다.

•	통화 - 사용자에게 전화를 겁니다.

•	메시지 - 사용자 전화기에서 단일 벨 울림을 야기합니다. 또한 "연락 바람" 메시지 다음에 내선 번호가 표시됩니다.

•	음성 메일 - 사용자의 음성 메일 사서함으로 전화를 걸어 메시지를 남깁니다.

•	자동 콜백 - 사용자에게 자동 콜백을 설정합니다. 사용자가 현재 통화를 종료할 때 콜백이 발생합니다.

다음 옵션은 시스템 관리자가 구성한 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.

•	통화 끊기 - 사용자의 현재 통화 연결을 해제합니다.

•	점유 - 사용자의 현재 통화를 차지합니다.

•	개입 - 사용자의 현재 통화를 회의 통화로 전환하여 통화에 참여합니다.

•	듣기 - 사용자 통화에 대해 자동 모니터링을 시작합니다.
