다른 기능용 디렉토리 사용

번호 입력이 필요한 다른 메뉴에서 디렉토리를 사용하여 이름별로 기존 번호를 선택할 수 있습니다. 이 옵션을 사용할 수 있는 경우, 사용 가능한 상태는 메뉴에 있는 디렉토리 소프트 키로 나타납니다.

이러한 방식으로 디렉토리를 사용하는 경우 사용 가능한 이름은 설정 중인 기능 유형에 따라 다릅니다. 예를 들어, 일부 기능의 경우 그룹 이름만 표시되며 다른 기능에 대해서는 사용자 이름만 표시됩니다.

1.	디렉토리 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

2.	일치하는 항목 목록을 표시하려면 이름을 다이얼하거나 목록 소프트 키를 눌러 모든 이름을 나열합니다.

•	이름 목록을 지우고 입력을 다시 시작하려면 지우기 소프트 키를 누릅니다.

•	현재 표시된 이름에 대한 추가 세부 정보를 보려면 상세 키를 누릅니다.

•	필요한 항목이 표시되면 선택을 누릅니다.

3.	디렉토리 소프트 키를 선택한 메뉴로 되돌아갑니다.
