Répondre aux appels |
Vous pouvez répondre aux appels reçus sur votre poste ou un autre poste. Si il vous arrive de décrocher réguilièrement sur un poste en particulier, vous avez la possibilité de programmer une touche prise d'appel pour ce poste.
| 1. | Si vous êtes déjà en communication, appuyez sur la touche Abandon ou mettez l'appel en attente en appuyant sur Attente ou la touche sur laquelle l'appel est en alerte. |
| 2. | Lorsque l'appel est en alerte, des options supplémentaires peuvent être affichées (non applicable au 1403). Pour les tépéhones 1408/1416, appuyez d'abord sur >> : |
| • | Vers MV Cette option envoie l'appel entrant vers la messagerie vocale. |
| • | Ignorer Cette option désactive temporairement la sonnerie, sans affecter les appels entrants. |
| 3. | Vous êtes connecté à l'appel entrant si vous décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur  HAUT-PARLEUR ou  CASQUE. |
| • | Appuyez sur la touche d'une ligne spécifique pour répondre à l'appel sur cette ligne. |
