The purpose of this Tech Tip is to advise our customers that a new TTY prompt set is available for Avaya IP Office VoiceMail Pro. The current set may cause incorrect characters to be displayed on a TTY device. The new prompts are available for download from the Avaya Support portal.

To install these prompts simply download the zip file and copy the new prompts into the "tty" folder. For example:
c:\Program Files\Avaya LLC\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\tty
These new prompts will be incorporated into a later release release of Voicemail Pro.
