This Technical Tip is to advise customers of a resolution to issues navigating or accessing IP Office features when using Avaya 9500, 1600 and 9600 series telephones.
Symptoms of this issue can include problems attempting to navigate using the telephone arrow keys when accessing IP Office features or attempting to add new contacts or telephone book entries.
This issue has been identified in the 7.0(27) release of IP Office core software. A patch for the IP500, IP500v2 and Digital Telephone expansion modules is now available to customers experiencing these issues.
