New Releases of IP Office 8.1 Feature Pack Administration and Server Edition

This Technical Tip is to advise customers about the availability of new releases of IP Office 8.1 Feature Pack Administration 8.1(65) and Server Edition 8.1.96.14. The new releases replace the 8.1 Feature Pack builds 8.1(63) and 8.1.96.11 made available on December 17 2012.

The new releases incorporate new 9500 series telephone firmware which resolves an issue with 9508 telephones not starting correctly and continually displaying "Please Wait". For further information please see Product Support Notice PSN003878r1.
