When you have any missed calls, the one-X Call Assistant icon changes to show !!, ie. a 
or 
icon. If you hover the mouse over the icon, it displays information about the number of missed calls.
In addition to the missed calls display above, you can also access your full call log using the one-X Call Assistant.
To clear the missed calls:
1.Right-click the icon and select Clear Missed Calls.
