Available |
This status indicates that you are available and can be called. |

Busy |
This status indicates that you have a call in progress. |
|
Do Not Disturb |
This status indicates that you have enabled Do Not Disturb on the phone system. Calls to you are redirected to voicemail if available. Otherwise, the callers receive a busy tone. The exception is calls from numbers that you have added to your list of Do Not Disturb Exceptions. |

Logged Out |
This status indicates that you have not logged into the extension on the phone system. Calls to you are redirected to voicemail if available. Otherwise, the callers receive a busy tone. You cannot make calls. However, you can still use one-X Portal to alter your configuration settings. |

Ringing |
This status indicates that the phone is ringing and you have an incoming call. |
|
Unknown |
This status indicates that your presence on the phone system is unknown. The presence cannot be determined as the phone number is not an extension on the telephone system. |
