Marking a Message as New

While listening to old or saved messages you can reset the message back to being treated as a new message. This will cause the message waiting indicator on the phone to be lit again. However, if you are using voicemail email or outcalling, these are not triggered by changing the status of a message back to new.

To mark a message as new:

1. Press *06 while listening to the old or saved message.
