Using Compact Contact Center and Voicemail Pro in a SCN Environment

Avaya Compact Contact Center (CCC) may be used in a SCN environment but only supports real-time and reporting on local switch activity. Any activity occurring on a remote SCN node may not be reported accurately by CCC.

The Call Waiting and Longest Waiting information displayed in the Call Centre View and Wallboard applications may not update as expected when using Voicemail Pro to queue calls over SCN. This behaviour may occur if the VoiceMail Pro server which, is used to queue calls, is located on a SCN node remote from the CCC server.
