This Technical Tip is to advise customers about the availability of the 8.1 and 9.0 Service Pack software for the IP Office Unified Communications Module (UCM). The following software is now available from the Avaya Support Web site:
UCM 8.1.100(13) - IP Office 8.1 Service Pack 7
UCM 9.0.1.0.12 - IP Office 9.0 Service Pack 1
These Service Pack releases also incorporate the UCM Solid State Drive (SSD) Firmware upgrade documented in IP Office Technical Tip 258.
