Customer Call Reporter (CCR) - 8.1 and 9.0 Service Pack Upgrade Issues

This Technical Tip is to inform customers about issues after upgrading to the latest Service Pack software for the Customer Call Reporter (CCR). The issues affect CCR installations upgraded to 8.1 Service Pack 9 and 9.0 Service Pack 3 released in May.

CCR installations upgraded to the 9.0.3.8 release will not be able to schedule new reports or maintenance tasks. This is due to the Printer Discovery Service which, will not start after the upgrade. Once upgraded to this release it is then not possible to uninstall the software from the Windows Control Panel.

CCR installations upgraded to the 8.1.45.2 release will not show the correct version number in the Supervisor screens. It is also not possible to uninstall this release of software from the Windows Control Panel.

Customers already upgraded to these releases should create an Avaya Support ticket for assistance.

Avaya have taken the step of removing the software from the IP Office download section of the Support Web portal. New 8.1 and 9.0 Service Pack builds for CCR will be released in the near future.
