The system can encrypt all the information that you send or receive between one-X Portal and Avaya IP Office Plug-in by using particular ports. This makes the connection more secure. The port number is 9443.
You can configure the system to use encrypted mode. For more information see Connection. Note: The system does not encrypt the IM messages.
