This option allows you to search the external directory in the same way as one-X Portal for IP Office users. This allows you to test the operation of the LDAP Provider.
To search the LDAP directory:
1. Select Directory Integration.
2. Select LDAP Directory Search.
3. Enter a name or number that you know is in the external directory and click Search. If the search is successful the results are displayed below the search box.
