You can use your one-X Portal to instant message other portal users and have a chat session. In addition you can also message users with other Avaya applications.
•Be aware that if you send a message to a user who is experiencing network connectivity issues, the message may not arrive reliably. This can occur even if the current presence status of the user indicates that they are available.
