For conferences of which you are the host, you can delete the conference. This removes the conference from your calendar and meetings view. If the conference deleted was a future conference, the system sends out conference notifications about the cancellation.
To delete a scheduled conference:
1.In the Meetings View, locate the meeting.
2.Click on the meeting details to highlight it. Click the 
icon.
